Your portal account is created when your lease is signed. Look for an activation email from AppFolio — check your spam folder if you don’t see it. If the link has expired or you never received it, get in touch and we’ll resend the invitation.
Each apartment has its own mini-split system, so you control your own temperature year-round. Keep the indoor filter clean and let us know early if something sounds or smells off.

Sign in to the portal, open the payments section, and choose to set up autopay. You pick the amount and the day of the month it runs, and you can change or cancel it any time.
eCheck (bank transfer) payments are typically free. Credit and debit card payments carry a processing fee charged by the payment processor, shown before you confirm.

Check your lease for the specific requirement. Either way it’s inexpensive and worth having — your landlord’s policy does not cover your belongings. Proof of coverage can be uploaded directly in the portal.
